Warranty & Service Introduction:

1. Our products are covered by a 90-day warranty for replacement, starting from
 the date of the order. If you find the product is defective upon arrival, you can have
 two options:

A. Products exchange policy: You can send the products back to us for an exchange.
Your shipping charge of the defective products will be reimbursed by us.

B. Parts replacement available in 90 days: If you find the product parts are defective
with in 90 days (starting from the date of the order), please send us an e-mail
with the picture of the defective parts, so that we can send you the replacements
 free of charger.

Wear and tear of the products will not be covered under the warranty. If the
defection is due to wear and tear, we will send you replacement parts with freight
collect and we will charge for the replacement cost. Wear and tear includes
the following:

a) Abuse
b) Accidents (i.e. hitting the products on objects)
c) Drop
d) Deterioration (i.e. cutting marks on the products)
e) Collision
f) Others

2. We will send 2-3% parts free of charge for every shipment

3. All customers can buy spare parts no matter you have bought our
 products or not

Valid date :
During 5 months upon our buyer receive our goods in your warehouse.

We will have Technical, Quality and other service for you.

Service Time:
9am-10pm Monday-Friday
